Time Management
I think, to implement time management into your daily life or workplace, is to plan things ahead. Such as example, if you need to be at a certain place at a certain time, you should leave atleast 30 minutes ahead of the time you suppose to arrive. In order to do this, i believe youshould get a good night rest so you can wake up with no problem. If this is not working out and you are getting stress out about it, you just need to sit down and write out what is more important and least important and set a time to do them. Then the things that were not as important, you can just go back and do them when you have free time. Just do them one at a time. DON'T RUSH!

Attitude
At my job, my attitude is just a regular attitude. Sometimes it is not too good. Somedays i just dont feel like speaking to anybody and just get the job done. If i go to work and i see someone that is not smiling or talking, i would just try to make them laugh so both of our times at work will be great.
I could improve on it by smiling more. my aunt smiles all the time and the smile that she has, when you see it, you cant help but to do the same.
